Toto je zoznam najmenších hviezd zoradený podľa priemeru v jednotkách priemeru Slnka (1 391 400 km) a priemeru Jupitera (142 984 km). Nie sú tu uvedené hnedé trpaslíky s priemerom pod 120 000 km, biele trpaslíky a neutrónové hviezdy. Priemery planét sú uvedené len pre porovnanie.
